A Trip Down Our 11 Year Journey

Eleven is considered to be a Master Number. Ten being the perfect number, eleven represents something above and beyond the mundane. This is just what we did in the past year; pushed past the limitations, surpassed all expectations, and introduced the world to some innovative learning solutions.

That was the year that was. Overall too, our 11 year journey has been eventful.

From starting small to touching the global arena today, we have come a long way. We took the path that many hesitated to take, faced challenges head on, came up with ‘great’ solutions that helped our clientele across the globe (200+ across 13 countries!) and won awards and recognitions from some of the APEX bodies in L&D (35 till date!) From the tons of great moments that we have had in our 11 year journey, we have picked out the top few and put together a timeline.

Here are some key highlights from the past year:

1. Framework for Responsive eLearning Development (FRED) launched
   Leveraging our experience of working on numerous HTML5 and responsive eLearning projects, and after being in development for 12 months, FRED was launched with an aim to help organisation develop responsive eLearning easily and reliably.Within months of its launch FRED was declared as a winner of Silver Brandon Hall 2014 award for Unique Learning Technology and early adopter of the Tin Can API.
2. Multi-device Testing Lab service introduced
   Not just developing multi-device learning, we also helped (and continue to help) organisations to test their multi-device learning projects that run consistently across device, browsers and operating systems with our Multi-device Testing Lab service.
3. UpsideLMS is multi-device compatible!
   Our multi-award winning, best value Learning Management System, UpsideLMS,is now light and responsive and can be accessed by learners from any device of their choice, irrespective of the time and place. Learners can now access eLearning courses, training calendar, assessments, social learning and other learning and performance support resources from desktops/laptops, tablets and smartphones through Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari on Mac and IE (9.0 and above).

It has been a glorious year. We are not just a year older, but are wiser with the experience we have gained, lessons we have learnt and the drive we have to keep experimenting and innovating. Our journey continues. The road ahead is exciting and bright as we step into our 12th year of operations. We have promises to keep and miles to go before we sleep.
