In 2012, Google’s study, titled ‘The New Multi-screen World: Understanding Cross-platform Consumer Behavior’ gave us a glimpse of the multi device world. It claimed we were using multiple devices in a day, often switching between then to complete tasks. Today that phenomenon is only getting stronger.
We are all using multiple devices to achieve our business tasks everyday. As we access all other content on multiple devices, so is the expectation for eLearning as well. eLearning developers thus ought to have a holistic approach towards designing, testing and delivering content to fit various screen sizes, browsers, operating systems and the likes.
