Author: Neeti Sudumbrekar

Neeti has been an Instructional Designer for the last 7 years, and has had the opportunity to work on learning interventions within industry sectors such as aviation, banking, project management, and service industries, among others. With a background in Life Sciences, Neeti aims to leverage her research and analytical skills to approach L&D challenges. She believes every interaction with the learner, whether through human or digital channels, benefits from being designed as a targeted experience. Keeping learner-centricity as top priority for every learning experience that needs to be designed, she is also mindful of the affordances and impact of the learning environment itself on the overall solution. Working constantly towards simplifying things to their lowest common denominators, Neeti swears by mind-mapping as the tool.
